STOLE PETROL
THEFT FROM CAR While the owner of a motor-car was attending service at the Beresford Street Congregational Church last evening, a thief attempted to steal petrol from the car. Being interrupted. the thief left hurriedly, leaving the tube and petrol can which contained nearly two gallons of petrol. The police were informed of the theft.
