MY FAIRY
In a corner of my garden, In a little house of gold, There lives a tiny fairy Who isn’t very old. She loves her tiny cottage. And keeps it nice and clean: There is a tiny lawn in front And it is always green. And in her tiny garden She has pinks and poppies, too. And when, the sun has gone to rest j She waters them with dew. And when her work is finished She dresses up so grand And joins her playmates at a dance At King's Court, Fairyland. —Zoe Harden (aged 14). ;
