WILL TEACH SWIMMING
LEADING TAKAPUNA SURFERS Members of the Takapuna Surf and Life-Saving Club are eager to teach children to swim. Several of the leading officials intend to give personal j instruction to learners. Mr. M. V. Kronfeld, who presided at • the annual meeting of the club, stated i his willingness to instruct children peri sonally. The learners’ course would ! include teaching in elementary swimI' ming strokes to more advanced work. The first week in November, Mr. Kronfeld thinks, would be early enough for children to start. ; Mr. Kronfeld is one of the beM~ ] known amateur swimming instructcfP* !in Auckland. In the past 15 years 2ry j has found and taught many representatives. Another prominent member of th- ' club, Mr. George Cameron, intend"* j assist in the instruction.
