TAUMARUNUI By 5 goals to 0, the Owliango hockey team wrested victory from the Raetihi women at the Taumarunui Domain on Saturday. Raetihi’s team was composed mainly of new players, and Owhango scored easily, though the defence was stiffened up in the second half. THAMES A drawn game, one goal each, was the result of the women’s hockey match played at Kerepeehi on Saturday, between the College Old Girls and the Kerepeehi Club. Miss M. Ritchie scored for the Thames girls, and Miss M. Courtney for Kerepeehi.
