AUCKLANDER’S SUIT SETTLED OUT OF COURT SEQUEL TO ACCIDENT Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. A claim for £2.13S by Edmund Albert Boldero. a gardener, of Auckland. against Mrs. Isabella Mabel Stanley, was set down for hearing iu the Supreme Court today, but was settled cut of court. The claim arose out of a motor accident in Christchurch some months ago, when Mrs. Stanley, while driving a car, ran into Boldero and another man.
