STRUCK BY CRICKET BALL
ELDERLY GENERAL HIT Lieutenant-General Sir George Richardson, who is 82, was struck on the head by a cricket ball while watching a test match at Lord’s recently. The hall was one which Owen-Smith hit for six. Sir George, who was accompanied by Lady Richardson, had his head dressed in the pavilion, and afterward left for home.
