MUST DO ANOTHER YEAR’S WORK HIGHER-LEAVING CERTIFICATES Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. He said that the standard now had been raised so that those who matriculated this year must be prepared to put in another year’s study, in order to get higher leaving certificates. This year there would be a sufficient number holding higher-leaving certificates to fill all positions offering.
