MUSICIANS’ ORCHESTRAL CONCERT
A chance to help a good cause, and at the same time enjoy a musical treat, will be furnished at the St. James Theatre on Sunday evening, September 1. This will be a grand orchestral concert on behalf of the Auckland Musicians’ Union benevolent fund. There will be a number of vocalists, also orchestral pieces by 75 professional musicians, under Mr. Colin Muston. CLICK CLACK CABARET A number of special cabaret items will be interspersed with the dancing at the Click Cabaret this evening. The Bohemian Luo will be seen in an exclusive engagement, and the dainty ballet girls trained by Miss Gwenth Macnaughton will also appear. Clyde Howley’s Internationals will provide the music as usual. On Friday next there will be a farewell to Clyde Howley and Folole Lilliokalane, who are leaving New Zealand.
