Excelsior and Star of Waiuku participated in an indoor bowling tournament. conducted by the Franklin Encampment. 1.0.0. F. In the play-off between the two rinks. Bros. W. Marshall, Sharp, H. Horne, Blake (Excelsior) and Bros. Arvidson, Robinson. A. Schlaepfer, H. M. Barriball (Waiuku). the latter won by 9—2. A quoits competition was won by Bro. A. Schlaepfer.
