INVERCARGILL’S GOOD FORTUNE FIRST BOROUGH IN N.Z. Fress Association DUNEDIN, Today. A sum of several thousand pounds recently raised by the Invercargill Borough Council has been acquired at the unusually low rate of 5 1-8 per cent. This is believed to be the first money borrowed at such rate by any New Zealand local body.
