CANADIAN SALVATIONIST APPOINTED (Australian and. N.Z. Press Association) TORONTO, Wednesday. Commissioner William Maxwell, territorial commander of the Salvation Army in Eastern Canada, has been appointed commander of the organisation in Eastern Australia. His headquarters will be at Sydney. Brigadier Sydney Church, editor of the “War Cry” at Toronto, has been appointed editor-iu-chief of the paper in New Zealand. .
