TRAM AND LORRY COLLIDE

ACCIDENT IN SYMONDS STREET A collision between a tramcar and a light motor-lorry occurred between Grafton Bridge and City Road, Symonds Street, shortly after eight o’clock this morning. No one was injured. , , The lorry, which is owned by Mr. J. Ross, confectioner, of Eden Terrace, was travelling up Symonds Street when it was struck by an outwardbound Great South Road tramcar.
