MOTOR NOISE NUISANCE
SILENCING LAW COMES INTO FORCE NEW B 7 * SH REGULAnON British Official Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. An order made by the Minister of Transport, Mr. Herbert Morrison, prohibiting excessive noises from motorcars, will come into force today. Owners of motor-cars may be prosecuted for having insufficient silencers, screeching brakes, rattling gear-boxes or excessively loud horn*.
