TWO AIRPLANES CRASH
MAN AND WIFE SEVERELY INJURED MIRACULOUS ESCAPE Reed. 10 a.m. . SYDNEY, Today. Two airplanes were crossing the Blue Mountains yesterday when they crashed and were badly damaged. The pilots escaped injury, but a man and his wife, passengers, were seriously hurt. Further details of The crash show that although severely injured, Mr. Neil Stewart and his wife had a miraculous escape from death when the plane was smashed to matchwood against a tree. The occupants of the second plane landed in a swamp and were not injured, but the plane was totally wrecked.
