CHAMPION RAM FOR NORTH (From CH> Own Correspondent) WHANGAREI, Friday. Mr. J. Lamb, of Maungakaramea, has purchased the Royal Show champion ram at a cost of 100 guineas from Messrs. Murray Bros., Otago. This fine animal, a Romney Marsh, should prove a decided acquisition to the district, and should tend to raise the standard of the breed.
