LABOUR NOT TO CEASE WORK CORRESPONDENT’S REPORT (Australian and A~.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. The "Herald's” political correspondent was informed tonight that the Government had decided not to abandon the base at Singapore. Reassuring communications will be dispatched to the Dominions and colonies directly interested in the scheme.
