RIALTO AND REGENT, EPSOM
“WOLVES OF THE CITY” William Codv, versatile screen star, is to be seen at the Rialto and Regent, Epsom, Theatres, in “Wolves of the City," a Universal thrill feature. It is an exciting melodrama of the underworld. . Cody, who has appeared in many underworld pictures, enacts the role of a young millionaire who is bored with living and is ready for anything that will offer excitement. His desire for anything to break the monotony leads him to answer a newspaper advertisement dropped by a beautiful girl whom he has rescued from a runaway horse. Answering the advertisement results in his getting into a series qf thrilling adventures with a gang of art thieves. Cody is admirably supported by a well chosen cast headed by Sally Blaine, cne of the most popular of the younger actresses in Hollywood. Miss Blaine is called upon to do many difficut stunts in "Wolves of the City" as well as quite a bit of emotional acting. At preview's of "Wolves of the City" Miss Blaine was enthusiastically complimented by many Los Angeles motion picture critics. The second feature is “The House of Horror." a well-acted terrifying mystery thriller starring Louise Pazenda and Chester Conklin.
