COMMODIOUS PREMISES
Few firms which have been established for so short a period as 10 years can boast of such a thoroughly up-to-date and modern building as that recently constructed in Anzac Avenue for Motor Specialties, Ltd., wholesale dealers in motor parts and accessories. The business for some time past has been carried on in premises in Emily Place, but the removal to their own building in the easily reached and'busy thoroughfare of Anzac Avenue is an event, not only in the history of this firm, but in the motor trade. The design and construction of the new building reflect great credit on Mr. Basil Hooper, the architect. It is three storeys high on the Anzac Avenue frontage, and including the basement and sub-basement is five storeys on the Beach Road side. The whole building is so arranged that the natural light reaches all corners. The stock is displayed and arranged in compact steel shelves and fittings, and there is a motor entrance to Anzac Avenue, commodious offices and withal plenty of room for future development. Motor Specialties, Ltd., have long been noted for the wide variety of their stocks and excellent service to their customers, and this fine building, devoted exclusively to the importing and distribution of motor parts and accessories, marks a new stage in the motor trade of New Zealand. .7
