£IOO HANDICAP CONTEST Press Association HASTINGS, Friday. The New Zealand gun championships were continued today with the £ 100 open sparrow handicap, which was held on the Hawke’s Bay Central Club’s grounds, at Longlands, Hastings. A total of 58 competitors faced the traps. Five shooters registered possibles and divided the stake. They were A. E. Brightling. C. Sneddon, M. Pratt. B. Cargill, H. Grennell. Eleven men accounted for nine birds.
