THIRD CITIZEN SHOT BY PROHIBITION AGENT BITTER TALK IN CONGRESS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 9.5 a.m. NEW YORK, Thursday. Following the death of a third citi,en. who was shot by a prohibition agent under a misapprehension of his being a rum-runner, the whole question of the use of firearms has been thrown into the House of Representatives, resulting in bitter debates, in which various members demanded total disarmament of agents, and others hotly defended their actions.
