“HAY FEVER” Members of the Little Theatre Society took full advantage of their Privilege of priority booking when the box plan opened at Lewis Lady’s, Ltd., this morning. The new Little Theatre production , is the well-known play by Noel Coward, the London dramatist, whose work has received recognition not only in London, but in dramatic circles throughout the world. “Hay Fever” is one of his typical pieces, and should be enjoyed by all Auckland dramalovers. The season at the Concert Chamber will be for four nights, commencing on June 26. Intending members can make application for seats for the 1929 season at the secretary's office. Baclanova’s voice is heard for the first time in the Paramount all-talking Picture. “The Wolf of Wall Street.” The Russian player speaks English a charming accent which fits Perfectly into her part. George Bancroft, the star, is also heard in his first talkie role. “Through Different Eyes,” Fox movit*one drama, centering on a murder trial, has just been completed under the direction of John Blystone. The leading roles are played by Mary Dun* ° an * Warner Baxter and Edmund i-owe.
