DIVORCE GRANTED
On grounds of separation for the statutary period of three years, Theresa Herbert, of Devonport (Mr. Prendergast) petitioned for divorce from Charles Harold Herbert before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme court today. The parties were married on September 2S. 1915, and were separated by order of the court the following year. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months.
