DISABLED SCOW TOWED TO SAFETY.— Dismasted in a gale off Brown’s Island, the scow Seagull was towed up the harbour to Freeman’s Bay by the tug Simplon yesterday afternoon. The Seagull is owned by Messrs. A. W. Bryant, and commanded by Captain W. J. Lang.
