CHANGES IN WATER SPRINGS (From o\ur Ouslt Correspondent) JIARTON, Wednesday. It is now disclosed that the earthquake of a few weeks back affected many water springs in the Hunterville district, several which had hitherto been strong becoming weak, while several small springs found strength as the result of the shake.
