LAMB PRICES DOWN
OTHER MEATS UNCHANGED From today prices for lamb in Auckland shops will show reductions, but other classes of meat will not be changed in price. Xew prices announced this morning by the Auckland Master Butchers’ Association were 9d a lb. for forequarters of lamb, lOd for shoulders, Is for loin, Is Id for leg’s, 3s for hindquarters. and lOd for sides. Dripping has been reduced in price to 6d a lb.
