MAORI FALLS FROM BRIDGE
BOTH ARMS BROKEN Press Association TAIHAPE, Monday. A Maori girl. Te Utu Pohe, aged nine years, today fell a distance of 50ft from the railway bridge at Gardner’s siding, near Taihape, into the river below. She fell Into shallow water and broke both her arms. She was admitted to the Taihape Hospital.
