RIALTO, AND REGENT, EPSOM
“OUR DANCING DAUGHTERS” Among the most lavish and striking sets ever created for a motion picture production were those designed for “Our Dancing Daughters.” now at the Rialto and Regent (Epsom) Theatres. The sets are ultra-niodernistic. typifying the very latest in the French school of modern interior decoration. Such sets were considered the only proper background for this story of hectic youth. They symbolise revolt, individuality and self-expression, as does the story, one of the most unusual tales of the modern generation yet brought to the screen. It treats youth from an entirely new and original angle. Three of the prettiest young actresses in filmdom are cast in the leading roles. Joan Crawford, Dorothy Sebastian and Anita Page.
“The Legion of the Condemned,” the second big attraction, is a spectacular air story of the most dangerous work in France during the war. Fay Wray and Gary Cooper are tlie stars.
