NEW DIRECTOR-GENERAL APPOINTED British Official Wireless Reed. 11 a.m. RUGBY, Monday. Major-General Fawcus, at present deputy-director of General Army Medical Services at the War Office, has been selected for the appointment of director-general of Army Medical Services, in succession to LieutenantGeneral Sir Matthew Fell, who is retiring at hia own wish in September next.
