SYDNEY STUDENT FINED
RIOTOUS BEHAVIOUR LAST TUESDAY CHARGE AGAINST ITALIAN SYDNEY, Monday. There was a sequel to the University students’ misconduct of last Tuesday at the City Police Court today. Thomas Temperley, aged 19, was fined £2 for riotous behaviour. A similar charge against Vergil Loschiavo, an Italian, was adjourned to enable defendant to produce evidence in his defence. The magistrate acquitted Temperley jof desecration at the Cenotaph.
