DAIRY CONFERENCE
OPENING TOMORROW At ten o'clock tomorrow morning in the Chamber of Commerce, Swanson Street, the sixteenth annual North Auckland Dairy Conference will open. It is expected that about 50 delegates from the various Northern dairy companies will attend. There are a large number of remits to come up for discussion, and several of them are important ones. They concern petrol tax rebate, the tariff on foreign butter box timbers, and the question of standardising the size of cream cans, among many other things.
