THE YOUNG CITIZENS’ LEAGUE
Sir,— The man in the street doesn't hear much nowadays regarding the Y.C.L. A year or two ago there was a great flourish of trumpets, and the movement was very much in evidence—here, there and everywhere. There is an office down town with gold lettering on the window but, beyond that, we see or hear nothing. Is it a case of another “mushroom” movement that has gone the way of some other uplift movements of the day? CIVIS.
