ELECTRIC SOCCER
WEDNESDAY’S ATTRACTION
PONSONBY PLAYS DIOMEDE The meeting of Diomede and Ponies on Wednesday evening should attract another big crowd to the floodlight
game at Blandford Park. Ponsonby has only lost one game this season, and is running close for championship honours, while the display of the Diomede men on Saturday sent the Soccer fans away with the Oliver Twist tendency to ask for more. Trams and Dunedin provided a fine game, and the Diomede-Ponies bout should be equally thrilling.
