STONES ON COUNCIL CHAMBERS Larrikinism has been very prevalent i in Xorthcoto during the week. On Tuesday evening, while tne meet- - !ng of the Xorthcote Borough Council I was being held, a shower of stones fell ; on the -roof of the council chambers. ! On Saturday evening a motor-cycle which had been left outside the owner’s house was turned upside down, the machine being slightly damaged. Another resident had his concrete fence posts broken, and the pieces were thrown on the lawn. ,
