(From Our Otun Correspondenti PUKEKOHE, Friday. Although numerous representations Tiave been made to Mr. J. B. McKinney, of Bombay, to offer himself for reelection to the northern ward seat of the directorate of the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Company, Ltd., he has definitely decided to retire, owing to health and personal reasons. An election is to be held in August, and two candidates have announced themselves. They are Mr. F. A. Harcombe, of Kohe Kohe. and Mr. J. Ballantyne, of Otaua.
