WIN FOR SEA SCOUTS—The presentation of Boy Scout tents to representatives of the Fame (first) and the Hawke (second) Sea Scout Companies, and the Herne Bay Troop (third), as the result of the competition held on Scouts’ Day at the Farmers’ Trading Company last Tuesday, took place this morning. Behind the table (left to riaht) are Captain Price, master of the Fame Sea Scouts; Mr. W. J. Holdsworth, Scout Commissioner; Mr. E. B. B. Boswell, Assistant Commissioner; Mr. D.
