His Honour granted a decree for specific performance of the agreement, with costs on the middle scale as in an action to recover £ 300. Large House Burned A ten-roomed house, owned by the Horton estate and occupied by Mr. C. H. James, was badly gutted by fire at Blenheim. Nobody was at home at the time of the outbreak and. the fire had a big hold when the brigade arrived. An excellent save was affected. Insurances are £650 on the house in the State Office and £350 on the contents with the North British Mercantile Company.
