EXPECTED IN DECEMBER STILL NEGOTIATING Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. The New Zealand Cricket Council is still negotiating with the Marylebone Cricket Club regarding the visit of a team, and no information has yet reached them that suggests the possi bility of the tour being abandoned. The scretary says the Englishmen are expected here next December.
