HITCH OVERCOME
BOXING ON JUNE 3 CONTESTANTS IN TRAINING l A slight hitch concerning weight in connection with the Hat ton-Boyle congest on the Northern Boxing Association's programme for June 3 has been overcome, and Bovle lias signed to ®nter the ring at 9st 31b, under penalty of a £lO forfeit. Both boys are in hard training for the tight, Boyle training nightly at the City Fire Station. while Hatton is training at Parnell during the day. Taylor, who meets Ilurne in the second Professional contest, is also training at the Fire Station. Hurne is not expected to arrive in Auckland until next week. Frear and McCarthney nre getting into trim for their special six-round amateur contest. In the second amateur bout Martin will be opposed by Forsyth, amateur welter-weight champion of Auckland, who replaces Holley.
