DELAYED AGAIN
DEPARTURE OF MAUI POMARE COMPLETE OVERHAUL The departure of the New Zealand Government motor-ship Mau* Pomare from Auckland for Nor folk Island has been postponed again. The vessel, which arrived at Auckland on May 9. hacl to be laid up cr> account -of engine trouble. The engines had been working loose in their beds, and the vessel made a very slow passage up the coast. It was announced at the time that the vessel would be dispatched from Auckland about May 23 or 27, as it was thought that only one engine needed repairing, but it has now been decided to completelv overhaul all the engines. The local agents for the vessel, Spedding, Ltd., advise that they now hope to dispatch her for Norfolk on June 8. or during the succeeding week.
