SOUTH TARANAKI CONFERENCE Press Association ELTHAM, Tuesday. The 29th annual provincial conferenc© of th© South Taranaki Farmers Union was held at Eltham today. The following remits were carried: That in view of the present relative positions of New Zealand and Canadian cheese on the English market, and of the alleged deteriorating in New Zealand dairy produce, this conference urges that an investigation be made in order that produce in this country may be brought into line with that of its competitors.
