NINE OF FAMILY KILLED AT NEW YORK IN CROSSING SMASH
(Australian and. N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 12.5 p.m. NEW YORK, Monday. At least 83 persons were killed and scores were injured in motor accidents during the past week-end. The most serious accident in the local district was the killing of nine members of a family of ten, when an express train crashed into their automobile at a crossing.
