OR a number of years the OILED CANVAS COAT has been growing in popularity until it has become the standard coat for outdoor workers. During all those years no fundamental improvement has taken place. Now comes this new Coat, embodying two great improvements the Storm King Waterproof Lining and the Storm King Weatherproof Collar. The fabric lining of the ordinary Oiled Coat is no protection against rain that may beat through the outside of the Coat. But in this Two-in-One-Coat the lining is a thoroughly-tested waterproofed material, so that the wearer is doubly protected against driving rain, the Coat being waterproofed both inside and out. It is a splendid Coat for protection against the weather, being lined with a specially waterproofed Irish Linen, which gives double protection from the rain. The STORM KING COLLAR is a feature of this Coat, and there is therefore no possibility of rain driving in through the throat opening. It has elastic storm cuffs at sleeves, and two large pockets. Auto-clasp fastenings on the inside, and the new patent “Lift-the-Dot” fastenings on the outside prevent the coat from blowing open and flapping. Being slicker cut, it is suitable for riding and driving, as well as for walking. PRICE, 49/6 No. C 2559 LIGHT-WEIGHT COAT. This Coat is similar in every way to the design of No. C 2558, but it is made of strong Egyptian Cotton, a material that combines light weight with long wear. Being lighter in weight than the line listed above, this Coat is more suitable for walk ing, although it is also slicker cut, and therefore quite suitable for riding or driving, if necessary.
