FINGER INJURY

BASIS OF COMPENSATION CLAIM FAILURE OF SUIT Alleging that a scratch on the linger received by her husband in the course of his work, was the cause of his death, Annie Finlay, widow (Mr. G. P. Finlay), claimed £I,OOO compensation and £SO medical expenses from the Parker-Lamb Timber Company, Limited (Mr. H. P. Richmond), at the Arbitration Court yesterday.
