SIMON COMMISSION NOT INFLUENCED
DEPARTURE FROM DELHI (Australian and X.Z. Press Association ) Reed. noon. DELHI, Sunday. The Simon Commission left yesterday. The departure was without incident. Sir John Simon said: “We have India with the warmest feelings of gratitude for the countless kindnesses extended.” Mr. Vernon Hartshorn said: “We shall be completely uninfluenced by black flags and bombs.”
