The papers assert that the British Government intends to publish disclosures about Moscow’s complicity in the Communist Party's offiThe latter declares that the British police at Delhi themselves organised the recent bomb-throwing in Parliament. The “Pravda” says the view prevails in British “left wing” political circles that the bombing was a provocative act “according to the regular official plan.” The “Izvestia” declares that it was a Conservative election manoeuvre.
