The Westport Coal Company’s collier Canopus is due at Auckland this afternoon from Westport and berths at the King’s Wharf. She leaves here on Tuesday on her return trip.

The Richardson steamer Awahou sailed for East Coast bays yesterday morning. She is due to return to Auckland on Tuesday night, and is to be dispatched on Wednesday evening on her return trip to Hick’s Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne.

The Pukeko left Napier last night. She is due at Portland on Monday morning, and at Auckland on Monday night. On Tuesday afternoon she is scheduled to sail for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa.

The Toa and the Otimai have been delayed down the coast by rain and are not expected to arrive back in port till Tuesday. The Toa is then to leave for Whakatant on Wednesday, and the Otimai for Kutarere and Opotiki the same day.
