DUSKY BEAUTIES LIKE GOOD PERFUME
TRADE POSSIBILITIES The dusky women of the tropics are just as enamoured of good perfume as their white sisters. “Tlie possibilities of trade in the Islands are enormous,” said Mr. H. G. Pattison, representative for Bourjois perfumes, who returned yesterday by the Tofua from the Island trip. “My most interesting experience was a call on Queen Salotc, of Tonga,” ho said. “I presented her with a casket of perfume and soap, and she was greatly pleased with it. Afterwards I received a letter from her.” Mr. Pattison said that the natives were very keen to get good perfume, and used it extensively.
