TRIBES JOIN AMANULLAH
MARCHING ON KABUL REBEL KING STILL ALIVE (United P.A.—eßy Telegraph — Copyright} (Australian and N.Z. Press Association} Reed. 12.11 p.m. DELHI, Tuesday. While at present he has recognised the Government of Afghanistan, and fighting has ceased everywhere except at Jagdalak, between Kabul and Jalalabad, where looting is proceeding, King Amanullah has enlisted strong support at Kandahar, and the Sliinwaris and other tribesmen are marching toward Kabul. Others, like the Mangals, Durranis and Ghilzais may follow their example, but the fate of the kingdom lies in the hands of the Ghilzais, the most numerous and strongest tribe. If they decide to support Amanullah, the rebel King, Bacchisakao, will soon be deposed. The murder of Bacchisakao is officially denied.
