HORATO BOTTOMLEY
DAMAGES CLAIM SUCCEEDS £1,500 FROM PUBLISHERS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 1.46 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The King’s Bench jury to-day awarded Horatio Bottomley £1,500 damages and costs against He ary James Houston, in connection w.th a book published by Hirst Blackett, who paid the agreed damages after the jury had disagreed in July. Houston to-day did not appear to contest the case.
