REPARATIONS EXPERTS
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 11 a.m. WASHINGTON, Thurs. The British Ambassador, Sir Esme Howard, informed Mr. F. B. Kellogg. Secretary of State, that the Allied Governments had selected Mr. Owen D. Young, and Mr. J. P. Morgan as the Americans to serve on the committee of reparations experts. Sir Esme is leaving for New York to extend an invitation to the Americans. Mr. Kellogg, who was Informed as a diplomatic courtesy, said the selections had his approval.
